2013: A Year in Review

I am so excited to share some highlights from my year. There are a series of very exciting things that have happened but here are my top 10!

I believe the practice of summing all the year’s blessings is a great exercise to stay positive and grateful. God has really blessed me throughout 2013 with success and incredible lessons learned.

I also want to thank the many people I’ve worked with – each and every one! I feel so much gratitude and I am looking forward to a fantastic new year! These are some noteworthy events and photos that I’d like to share. I really believe that anything is possible with a lot of hard work and prayer. I hope that by sharing what God has done in my life, that it inspires others to dream big in 2014.

10. How She Hustles

I’m so grateful to the founder Emily Mills for showing me so much love and having me as the event photographer for the How She Hustles brunch. It is such an amazing movement that I’m glad I could be a part of in 2013.


9. 2013 Publications and Press

Being featured in a series of wedding and lifestyle blogs has been pretty awesome. I appreciate that these publications haave taken an interest in my work. I can’t wait for more collaborations and features in 2014!

8. FEARLESS Friday Project

Starting the FEARLESS Friday series has been a highlight of my year and working with each woman has been an incredible chance for me to connect with really strong and inspiring women.

7. Published in Munaluchi Bride Magazine

When 2013 started I had a goal to be published, but I never thought I’d have my work featured in an international wedding magazine! My feature in Munaluchi was dream come true and I am so grateful to reach such a fabulous milestone in my career!


6. Engagements

I love love! That’s no secret. Working with couples to capture their love is such an honour and I can’t wait for all the engagements I’ll get to capture in the new year.


 5. Weddings

I am so excited about all the weddings I’ve been able to capture this year. When I’m shooting these beautiful life events, I feel the most joy and excitement. I’m so grateful for each couple and I’m wishing them the best in 2014!


4. Saint Lucia

Visiting Saint Lucia for Honorine and Bradley’s destination wedding was an amazing experience. Andre and I had an amazing time together touring the island as well.


3. Trinidad

Visiting Trinidad for the second time was definitely a highlight of my year! Andre is from the beautiful island so getting to spend time with family and friends was one of my top moments!


2. Jamaica

Having the opportunity to visit the beautiful island of my family meant a lot to me, but being there to photograph a beautiful destination wedding made it even more memorable!


1. Promotional Video

Getting to release my behind the scenes video was pretty awesome! I love that I was able to connect with Carolyn Roberts for this awesome project.

I’m so grateful for every blessing that 2013 has brought. Peace, love, and blessings for 2014!
