It’s my baby brother’s birthday today! Unfortunately, he’s not this small anymore… And he doesn’t wear Barney paraphernalia. He’s a grown man! My oh my, how time flies.
Zach, I’m so proud of you. Happy birthday! Love you much.
In the midst of a busy wedding season, I decided that it was time to switch my blog platform. I don’t want to knock my old blogger blog because it was awesome! In a span of about two years, it brought me some great clients and helped me network with some talented photographers from all over! Still, I felt like it was time for a change. I think small changes are necessary especially when you’re trying to grow. My goal was to find a blog layout that was simple, yet attractive. It’s my hope that this new theme will keep you coming back for more updates and pretty photos! With the help of my favorite design company, intothedarkroom, I have been able to do just that with little fuss!
For any newbies, my blog is a place where I feature some of my favorite and most recent work. Although I have a bunch of photos on my main website, samanthaclarke.net, this is the place for my latest and greatest! Once I finish a shoot, I usually post a preview here and/or on my Facebook page. After that I usually follow with a full post filled with even more photographs. You’ll get a chance to see my weddings and portrait sessions, but I also share photos and updates about things going on with me as well. For those interested in keeping up, feel free to subscribe to the blog via my RSS feed in the menu above. You are also welcome to connect with me via Twitter, @_samanthaclarke, if that’s your cup of tea. Well without further ado, I’ll leave you with a shot of me, taken by the talented Dana Ann of Naperville, Illinois.
